April 16, 2007 – Microsoft’s oft-rumored plans for a portable Xbox may have just been spoiled. The latest peripheral from the same folks that brought the world the Onimusha sword controller and the Final Fantasy X-2 gun controller promises to deliver true Xbox 360 gaming on-the-go. Assuming you’ve got a bag big enough to house an Xbox 360.
Hori finalized today release plans for the Compact TFT Monitor EX, an LCD monitor that can be attached to your Xbox 360 with minimal effort. The 36,750 yen 12.1 inch monitor outputs 720p and gets its signal from the 360 via analogue RGB. Sound is output via stereo speakers below the monitor, or you can plug in headphones.

Via TechJapan.com – Sanrio Corporation are releasing a “Hello Kitty Apple Shaped LCD Color TV” via their online shop. The Hello Kit TV has an analog tuner, AV input, supports 800 x 600 resolution and would be going for 84,000 yen.

Now I am sure this would be a nice christmas gift to your little ones for the road trip but yet again it maybe a bit too late to make an order now with christmas around the corner. How much is 84, 000 yen anyway?

Nintendo has posted positive sales figures and financial institutions have forecast the Wii to retail for 19,800 Yen. This is not an official statement but a speculation so until a official announce ment from Nintendo we can only wish. 19,800 Yen is like the price I need to pay for a NDSlite. Now that’s cool!
